Every package includes editing, MLS-sized and full-resolution files, and delivery through your own gallery link. Anything from the à la carte list can be added to any package.
Larger homes mean more rooms to photograph, a bigger floor plan to render, and a longer capture. Package pricing covers homes up to 3,500 sq ft; above that, one flat adjustment is added to the order.
Based on heated living area as listed in the MLS. Two-story and multi-level homes add $25 per additional level, since each floor is rendered as its own floor plan. Both adjustments appear as their own line on your order confirmation — never added after the fact.

Agents most often add a social reel once they've picked their favorite photos.

Signature at $399 adds 15 more photos, double the drone coverage, virtual twilight images, and a vertical social reel. Premier at $799 includes 60 photos, a 60-second cinematic listing film, and a Zillow 3D tour. Individual services start at $19, and twilight, virtual staging, and longer films can be added to any package.
Package pricing covers homes up to 3,500 square feet of heated living area. Homes between 3,500 and 4,999 square feet add $75, homes between 5,000 and 6,999 square feet add $150, and anything above 7,000 square feet is quoted individually. Two-story and multi-level homes add $25 per additional level, because each floor is rendered as a separate floor plan. Larger homes take longer to photograph and produce a more extensive floor plan and 3D tour, so the adjustment is applied to the whole order and shown as its own line item on the confirmation.
On-location twilight is photographed at blue hour, about 20 minutes after sunset, when the sky still holds color and the interior lights read warm. That means twilight listings are scheduled to start in the late afternoon — daytime photos, interiors, and drone are captured first, then we stay on site through dusk for the twilight frames. Plan for a 3 to 4 hour window and request twilight when you place the order rather than after. If the schedule won't allow an evening, virtual twilight converts daytime exteriors to dusk in editing for $65 per set of three.
Twilight photos are shot on location in real evening light, which captures accurate reflections, warm interior glow, and pool and landscape lighting as they actually appear. Virtual twilight takes a daytime exterior or aerial already captured during your shoot and edits it to look like dusk. On-location twilight costs $199 for 8 images and requires an evening time slot. Virtual twilight costs $65 for 3 images, is included with Signature and Premier, and adds no scheduling constraint.
Virtual staging is $35 per photo, or $89 for three photos, with one revision included. Furniture and decor are added digitally to empty rooms, which is typically used for vacant listings and new construction. Item removal, such as editing out cars, trash bins, or personal photos, is $19 per photo. Both can be ordered after the gallery is delivered and come back within 48 hours.
Listings within 30 miles of Fort Myers have no travel fee. Beyond that, travel is $1 per mile each way for the distance past 30 miles. A listing 50 miles out, for example, adds $40. The fee is quoted with your order before you approve it, never added afterward.
Yes. Deliverables can be added or removed at any point, including after you've seen the gallery. Agents commonly add a vertical social reel or virtual staging once they've picked their favorite photos. Anything that requires being on site again, such as on-location twilight, needs a return visit and is easiest to arrange at the time of the original booking.
Most listings are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. Same-day and next-morning delivery can usually be arranged when a listing needs to go live fast — just say so when you book.
